Behavior Baddies is a bold, raw, and deeply human pilot episode centered around Stephanie Saulsbury, the powerhouse owner of HappinessHealthCourage LLC, a thriving behavioral health company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her agency provides life-changing support to children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses, while also extending services to individuals without formal diagnoses who are working through trauma, anxiety, depression, infidelity, abuse, addiction, and years of unhealthy behavioral patterns.

The show opens a window into Stephanie’s high-impact professional world managing crisis, coaching families, leading a team, and building community health services while also peeling back the layers of her personal life. A mother, a leader, and a woman healing from the traumatic suicide of her fiancé, Stephanie uses work as her coping mechanism. But underneath her resilience lies a heart that’s still piecing itself back together.
Surrounding her is a tight circle of friends, some are also behavior clinicians, while others are not each facing their own internal battles. These women appear successful on the outside, guiding others as therapists, life coaches, counselors, and professionals, but behind the scenes, they grapple with their own real-life issues: domestic abuse, relationship betrayals, burnout, substance abuse, and the emotional toll of being the “strong one.”
